How do I book an appointment?

How far out are you booking?

Wait times vary by season — typically 2 to 6 weeks. Larger custom pieces may book further out. Cancellations occasionally open up sooner slots.

How much will my tattoo cost?

Shop minimum is $150. Smaller pieces are quoted as a flat rate. Larger or multi-session work is billed at an hourly rate, quoted after consultation. Exact pricing depends on size, placement, detail and time required.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit (typically $100) is required to hold your date. It's applied to the final cost of your tattoo on the day of your session.

Can I move my appointment?

Deposits can be transferred once with at least 48 hours' notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations forfeit the deposit.

Cash is preferred. Card and major mobile payment apps are also accepted at the studio.

How should I prep the day of?

Eat a full meal, hydrate well, and get a solid night of sleep. Wear comfortable clothing that gives easy access to the tattoo area. Skip alcohol and blood thinners for 24 hours prior.

One guest is welcome. The studio is a focused space, so please keep the group small.

No. You must be 18 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID. No exceptions.

Fabian specializes in fine line, black & grey, custom design work, cover-ups, and script & lettering. Every piece is drawn custom — no flash sheet reruns.

Do you offer consultations?

Yes. Free consultations are part of every custom project. Use the Porter booking portal to send your idea, references, and placement — Fabian will follow up to talk through direction, composition, and timing.

Do you perform cover-ups?

Yes. Cover-ups are a specialty. Send clear, well-lit photos of the existing tattoo through the booking portal and Fabian will let you know what's possible before you book.

How should I care for my tattoo afterward?

Keep it clean and lightly moisturized, avoid direct sun and submerged water (pools, baths, ocean) for 2–3 weeks, and don't pick or scratch as it heals. Full written aftercare instructions are sent with your appointment confirmation.

Do you offer free touch-ups?

Yes. One complimentary touch-up within 60 days of your session, provided aftercare was followed. Touch-ups on hands, feet, and fingers may incur a fee.
